Grade 3 Multiplication Worksheets

The grade 3 multiplication sequence is about multiplication facts to 10 × 10 and 12 × 12, and multiplying by multiples of ten, and these six sheets cover it format by format, three versions each.

The drill has 20 problems, numbers to 10 (problem 7: "3 × 2"). The timed drill has 20 problems, numbers to 10 (problem 7: "9 × 2"). The missing number has 22 problems, numbers to 72 (problem 8: "? × 8 = 72"). The mixed review has 20 problems, numbers to 90 (problem 7: "9 × 80"). The word problems has 22 problems, story problems (problem 8: "A teacher hands out 54 pencils equally to 6 students. How…"). The vertical format has 20 problems, numbers to 90 (problem 7: "10 × 4").

Across the six sheets the generator draws on multiplication facts to 10 × 10 and multiplying by multiples of ten. The pages are tagged to Common Core 3.OA.7, 3.OA.1, 3.OA.4, 3.NBT.3, and 3.OA.3, and each tag links to the standards index.

Multiplication continues at grade 2, grade 4, grade 5, and grade 6, so a student who finishes the grade 3 sheets can move up without changing topic.

Treat the three versions of each grade 3 multiplication sheet as a week: Set A on Monday to find the gaps, Set B midweek after the fix, Set C at the end as the check that it held — 124 problems per set across the row.
