If this level is not landing, step to grade 3 measurement, where the focus is perimeter and area of rectangles, elapsed time in minutes, and grams and milliliters; if it is too easy, grade 5 moves on to conversions with decimals, volume of rectangular prisms, and missing dimensions.
Treat the three versions of each grade 4 measurement sheet as a week: Set A on Monday to find the gaps, Set B midweek after the fix, Set C at the end as the check that it held — 170 problems per set across the row.
