Grade 6 division covers long division with two- and three-digit divisors and multi-digit quotients. The six sheets below take that work in six formats, and each comes in three versions with its own answer key.
What the grade 6 division sheets cover
Grade 6 division comes in six formats (problem counts in brackets): drill (30, straight practice), timed drill (60, timed fluency), missing number (24, find the blank), mixed review (30, mixed shapes), word problems (10, stories), and vertical format (16, column work). Set A uses numbers from 2 to 76,692, 7 answers with remainders, and 24 fill-in blanks. Problem types: long division with two-digit divisors, division facts to 144 ÷ 12, and mental division of multiples of 100, plus two more. All six come as Sets A, B and C with answer keys, 170 problems per set from 10 to 60 a sheet. From the Set A drill, problem 11: "16926 ÷ 91" (answer 186). Common Core: 3.OA.7 and 6.NS.2.

The missing number has 24 problems, numbers to 74,480 (problem 9: "70944 ÷ 96 = ___"). The mixed review has 30 problems, numbers to 76,692 (problem 11: "42089 ÷ 51"). The word problems has 10 problems, story problems (problem 4: "708 chairs are arranged in 12 equal rows. How many chairs…"). The vertical format has 16 problems, numbers to 9,430 (problem 6: "3901 ÷ 47").
